SwagVault has been around since the heyday of selling Diablo 2 items. They have since then changed a lot and now they offer gold/powerleveling services for many different games as well as offering game cards as well.
While my experience with SwagVault was a good one I have heard many different stories from people ranging from great to getting their accounts banned. I would proceed with caution on this one and also if you have any of your own experiences to share please feel free to do so below. The more reviews we get, the better we can get an accurate picture of this seller.
Price for WoW gold on Swagvault is on par with the other gold sellers that I have reviewed. Nothing out of the ordinary here. It isn’t the cheapest, but also not the most expensive.
The customer service I have dealt with has been pretty good. I have heard from a lot of other people that they can’t seem to get anything accomplished with SwagVault’s customer support. Although I didn’t have any issues this makes me slighty hesitate before using them again.
Delivery is a bit different for SwagVault. They only trade face to face, which can help from getting your gold deleted but can also cause issues with you having to be online to get your gold at that specific moment. While I do try and get my gold ASAP even when in the mailbox this does cause a slight hassle. As for the delivery speed though, it is pretty good. I got my gold in about an hour which is on par with the other sellers.
All the research I’ve done for SwagVault has been a bit surprising. I have heard about great experiences but also bad experiences as well. My experience was a good one. I ordered my gold and received it fairly fast. They do state they are 100% safe and that they only get their gold from trusted sources. Still, it really makes me hesitate before buying from them again just because of the horror stories I have heard.
