While I admit it was my fault for sending the order to the wrong server, it took 3 hours to get it set up for the correct server. I was only satisfied after I asked to have a complete refund done. Up until that time, I was told that they would give me my order after I order again. Dissatisfied with IGXE atm.
I’m writing this review so that people can see that if it goes very wrong, you wont get much help, at least that is my experience! This happened almost a year ago, but just found this review site, so I’m writing one now! I bought call of duty modern warfare 2, I went to this site, cause it was recommended to me. I bought it, and then it went 3 days before I got the key, even though it says 30 minutes on their site, and I had to ask for it 5 times on the live help! But that realy didnt matter, cause the ones on live help was very helpful, I appreciated that, UNTIL, there were more problems with the key! They advertised it as EU key, and a EU key you should get a multi language one, at least you should get English! But they sold me a German key, where you can only play on German servers, and they said you could have English on it, you can’t! They even sent me an explanation on how to convert a Russian key into English, but it doesn’t work on an German key! They didn’t believe me, and after 2 days of proving to them that it doesn’t work, they almost literally said, “Oh well, that sucks, but you used the key, so we can’t give you a refund” And I told them that I would never buy the key in the first place if I knew this was a German key! I tried getting a refund, but ended up being ignored everytime I logged in to the live help, and I complained to all the emails I could, without any answer, I even sent them a personal letter, that just got returned unopened! So unfortunately, im sorry to say this, but my experience with this company has been nothing but bad.

I had problems dealing with the company. Payment was taken promptly but the product was not provided and my emails weren’t responded to. I finally managed to get through via live chat to a customer support representative, called Alexandra Swift. Were it not for Alexandra, I would be writing a very poor review and would have cancelled my order. Alexandra was excellent and went to some lengths to have my issues resolved. They have completely scammed me of my money and wasted my time. They keep using automated E-mail responses during my Paypal dispute, and they will lied about delivering my order. Never use this service unless you like to argue. Looking out for your best interests, Alex
TOTAL RIP OFF! IGXE HAS BEEN GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE I TRIED TO AQUIRE LINDENS FOR SECOND LIFE. THEY USED A STOLEN CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE LINDENS THEN GIVE THEM TO ME. MY SECOND LIFE ACCOUNT WAS PUT ON HOLD TWICE AND I AM IN L$25K IN DEBT
I never received the product I ordered, was handed a dozen different “reasons” why it was taking so long, and refused any kind of refund. I spoke with a sales agent, who was *extremely* friendly, before and during the order placement. I asked her specifically to double check that the item was in stock, and offer me an ETA. She said it was in stock, and could likely be delivered in 40 minutes. Sounds great! So, I placed the order on the spot, without leaving the chat, and she “verified and approved” the order immediately (whatever that means). I left the chat feeling great about this company, and their services. And that was the last positive thing that happened in this interaction. An hour later, I checked back to see if there were any issues with the order that were causing the minor delays, to which all the sales agent would say is “you’ve already been approved, there’s nothing more we can do”. The website promises delivery within 24 hours, so I waited patiently, assuming the original ETA was a simple underestimation. A day later, when checking in, I was informed that the item is *not* in stock, and they have no idea when it will be. Naturally, I asked for a refund, and was promptly denied. I waited another day, and repeated the process, only the customer service agent gave me a different reason (something to the effect of “the supplier is offline at this time”). So I sent an email to their “manager”, the only one who can issue a refund, and received no reply. Today, I returned to Live Chat just to see if anyone knows anything about my order, and all they could do was apologize and suggest I continue to email the manager until he responds. Well, that’s just a horrible way to run a business (spam the manager, maybe someday he’ll decide to help you!), so I proceeded to file a BBB complaint, and I’m still waiting for the outcome. Oh, and that’s not to mention the 3 times customer service “hung up” on me as soon as I revealed I was an existing customer, rather than a prospective sale. And the 5 or so times that I waited hours just to get no response whatsoever. Or Friday night when the agent responded to me with “My shift is over, the next person should be here in about 15 minutes”. All in all, a horrible experience, from what I now perceive to be a horrible company.
