its a been there done that scenario…Not sure how many times i used IGE, but i do know my days of experimenting should have stopped at first sale from a competitor. I used soo many others trying to get best deal. Now I only use IGE.Why, its a hard thing to explain if you never done it before… the twice (of loads) i got shorted… IGE stumped up!Most others.. its a 50/50 if i got any. Not all those I dealth with are bad, but how do you pick the good from the bad.Trial and Error gave me IGE, and even years ago I never realised how good a thing I had. I feel like I should be paid for this diatribe. But given how bad the competitors treated me… maybe social justice is rewarding me.It would not surprise me if someone from IGE turned up to wash my car… Sure that will not happen, but the service feels like it could – if you know what i mean.Happy Gaming

Customer service was great. What wasn’t great was the failure to get what I ordered in a reasonable time. 10,000 gold should not take 3 days to get.For the price I could’ve got twice the gold in under 6 hours from anther service. Guess which one I’ll use next time. Won’t be IGE.
I had to wait 2 days for my order. However, the delivery is discreet, and I did not even have to be online in order to receive it, which matters a lot to me, since I can’t always be logged into a game to wait for items like that. I’m a busy mom. I am still overall satisfied with IGE, even with that wait time, which I understand is not the norm.
I just went through 3 days of lies and deceit. First off their site claims to have gold on my server, and then I order. 4 days later not 1 gold is delivered and until I threaten legal action through a fraud claim with Visa did they finally refund. Buyer Beware!!!
